* This car replaces the Ruiner only. Replacing other cars will make it look bizarre.

** The red scanner in front is compatible with the ELS (Emergency Lights System) Mod. But I forget which version of ELS I used.

It should work though and have a flashing scanner pattern. If not, there's a bunch of other light patterns you can use with the ELS mod. My ELS mod was buggy and would take a bunch of tries to get the scanner to light up and flash though. Keep trying.
